# New Meaning Training

> New Meaning Training is a UK social enterprise providing alternative, vocational education for young people (mainly post-16 and NEET) who have not thrived in mainstream school settings. It runs training centres across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands, offering hands-on vocational courses alongside pastoral and SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) support to help learners re-engage with education and build a pathway toward work or further study.

New Meaning Training works holistically with young people to understand their individual barriers to learning, rather than assuming disengagement reflects a lack of ability or interest. Courses combine practical vocational skills with English, Maths and life-skills support. The organisation is a certified Social Enterprise (Company Number 16673910) and has been operating for over 10 years.
