New Meaning Training Warwickshire

Helping young people thrive across Warwickshire, Coventry and the wider West Midlands

New Meaning Training Warwickshire is home to two centres — our established Stratford‑upon‑Avon site and our recently opened Nuneaton centre (September 2025). Together, they form a growing network of practical, relational and confidence‑building learning environments for young people aged 15–25.

Although “Warwickshire” is in our name, our reach goes far beyond county borders. Through our SEMH Specialist Outreach (Transition Support) we work with learners across Warwickshire, Coventry and the wider West Midlands, providing tailored support that helps young people stabilise, re‑engage and take meaningful next steps.

Since launching our first Warwickshire centre in 2021 (some may remember us as Toolshed), our provision has expanded quickly — and so has the impact. Our learner stories say it best. Across Warwickshire we’ve supported:

• Adam, now working as an apprentice in a local garage after achieving his English and Maths Functional Skills through our outreach programme

Part of a wider network that began in High Wycombe in 2015, New Meaning Training now supports learners across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands. We provide further education for post‑16 learners, alongside training and work experience for young people with an EHCP. Our mission stays the same everywhere: to help young people move forward, gain skills and feel inspired about their future — whether that’s becoming work‑ready or progressing in education.

NMT Stratford‑upon‑Avon

Our Stratford‑upon‑Avon centre opened in 2021 as our first Warwickshire location — a calm, hands‑on environment designed for young people who need a different way to learn. With two buildings, including a dedicated gym space, Stratford offers a wide mix of practical pathways and personalised support.

We are proud to have been supported from the very beginning by Stratford Town Trust, a historic local charity with a long-standing commitment to improving lives across the town. Their support has played a major role in helping us create stable, meaningful provision for the young people who need it most.

NMT Nuneaton

Our Nuneaton centre opened in September 2025 and represents an exciting new chapter for our Warwickshire provision. Located next‑door to Hercules Construction Academy, it gives young people a clear and achievable route into accredited construction training and real‑world industry skills.

The centre mirrors our wider approach: practical, relational, supportive and built around helping young people move forward with confidence. This is a place where learners can try new things, build skills and prepare for progression — whether that’s into work, further study or Hercules Academy’s industry‑standard programmes.
