Key Responsibilities

1. Registering learners with our awarding body (NOCN) and processing claims for awards.

2. Liaising with teaching staff, booking exams in line with NMT and NOCN protocols.

3. Sharing exam papers with internal NMT invigilators in accordance with strict invigilation guidelines.

4. Obtaining, processing and recording exam papers and results in a timely and efficient manner.

5. Invigilating exams as and when required.

6. Ensuring NMT rooms are exam compliant and contain necessary resources

7. Checking, logging and processing qualification certificates received by NMT and shared with the relevant centre.

8. Supporting the Operations Manager with the onboarding of new learners including (but not limited to):

· Ensuring accuracy on the PICS database used for learner registration and class registers.

· Uploading learner details to external systems including Century Tech and CPOMS. and logging details accordingly.

· Gathering, filing and logging of internal paperwork for registrations.

9. Helping to assist with office duties as and when required

10. To support the internal quality assurance (IQA) process by:

· Completing the required qualification (following probation period).

· Attending IQA days throughout the year.

11. Proof reading / assisting with reviews / implementation of learning resources.

12. Creating reports based on learner data.

13. Scanning and archiving of learner records.

14. Liaising with tutors and Area Managers to ensure qualifications are recorded, registered and processed accurately.

Qualifications & Education / Training requirements

· GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English

· Valid UK driving license and Business Vehicle Insurance (preferable, not essential).

· To complete the following CPD courses within 2 weeks of employment commencing (unless already achieved):

Safeguarding Children – DSL2

Prevent Duty Training

Senior Management Team Onboarding Meetings

Internal Systems Training

Exam Invigilation Training

· To complete the following CPD courses following successful completion of probation period (unless already achieved):

Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (IQA)

· Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office, particularly the use of Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint.

· Time management, prioritisation and self-organisation.

· Be able to keep accurate records and able to analyse and resolve problems.

· Understanding of relevant legislation and attend any training provided by NMT.

· Accuracy of creating exams and runs and registering of learners on systems

· Accurate record keeping of exam invigilation logs

· Up to date PICS system that matches NOCN and BCG systems

· Creation of reports in accurate and timely manner

· Attending and assisting with IQA

Being a source of assistance and guidance for tutors relating to learner information.

Additional notes

-Admin experience desirable but not essential
-Enhanced DBS check required.
