Introduction

We are looking for an EHCP Annual Review Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every child receives the tailored support they deserve. In this position, you will facilitate annual reviews, collaborate with families and professionals, and help shape the educational journey for our students. Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the annual reviews are diarized within a year from the previous one.

2. Prior to the annual review, make suggested amendments to the EHCP in order that it is up

to date reflecting the learners needs and new outcomes are added to prepare them for

adulthood.

3. Meet with the tutors where necessary to gather the information.

4. Invite all relevant parties to the annual review

5. Liaise with outside agencies where necessary

6. Gather relevant information to inform amendments.

7. Chair the annual review

8. Complete paperwork particular to the local authority named on the EHCP.

9. Ensure completed paperwork is sent to the Local Authority following the annual review

10. Inform the EHCP Manager of annual reviews taken place or any issues surrounding them.

You will have...

Qualifications & requirements:

-GCSE (or equivalent) minimum grade C/5 in English and Maths

-Qualified SENCO

-Enhanced DBS check

-Valid UK driving license and Business Vehicle Insurance (Desired)

-To complete the following CPD courses within 2 weeks of employment commencing (unless already achieved):

-Safeguarding Children – DSL2

-Prevent Duty Training

-Senior Management Team Onboarding Meetings

-Internal Systems Training

Transferable skills:

· Solid understanding and experience of Microsoft Office suite.

· Strong communication skills, with excellent diplomacy and an openness to both giving

and receiving feedback.

· Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

· Exceptional attention to detail.

· Ability to keep accurate records.

· Ability to analyse problems.

· Time management and self-organised.

· Ability to work within multiple deadlines.

· Passion for sharing knowledge and developing young people.

· An understanding of learning styles.

· Be prepared to work with supporting agencies to enable the progression of young

people.

· Good understanding of safeguarding practice.

· Keep up to date with relevant laws and attend any training provided by New Meaning

Training.
